Listing and Excerpt Data Group

Filling out the fields in this group is optional. The Listing and Excerpt Data Group allows preparing an entry to be listed by a functional layout such as the List Children.

If this group is not used, the SEO Group and the Localised SEO Group are used manage the page listing data. This fallback is used so to reduce double data entry, however the Listing and Excerpt Data group is important because it allows a separate control of the SEO metadata and the site content display.
